Job Summary
The purpose of the Quality Specialist (Packaging and Digital) position is to ensure product quality and efficiency in production by utilising various digital tools.
Role Responsibilities:
- Update Quality Control (QC) databases and product specifications.
- Support the resolution of production issues.
- Initiate E-incidents for packaging supplier related issues.
- Manage quality data and develop reports using Power BI to communicate results.
- Complete consumer complaint investigations and responses.
- Provide technical support for quality-related production equipment (e.g., X-ray, barcode scanners).
- Administer Quality One for the site.
- Develop applications and tools to improve efficiency and communication for Quality and Production teams.
- Initiate D-incidents (held stock) reports for the site.
- Assist with the management of held stock and rework.
- Coordinate and monitor the completion of site audits including GMP, Glass and Hard Plastics.
- Adhere to all safety instructions, policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.
- Provide support to the wider team as required to meet organisational goals and objectives.

- Knowledge of PowerBI and Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in SAP Quality Management module
- MS Access experience including VBA code.
