Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Co-ordinator/Administration Assistant to join our Kelmscott team. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our ISO Quality Systems and document management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement ISO Quality Systems, such as ISO9001.
  • Manage document control and record-keeping processes.
  • Support the retention, archiving, or proper disposal of project and company documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Maintain and update document registers and management systems.
  • Assist in quality assurance, internal, and client audits.
  • Review and verify the quality of document submissions in compliance with established processes and formatting conventions.
  • Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and other corporate documentation.

About You

What you need to succeed:

  • Administrative Excellence: Strong background in administrative roles, highly organized and systems-focused.
  • Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the mining or related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to suit a range of audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Office packages.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work cohesively within a team, be flexible, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Time Management: Exceptional ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
