The Opportunity As a Systems and Quality Assurance Officer, you will provide specialist support for the maintenance of Community Services systems to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and responsiveness and to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. As part of the role, you will undertake internal audits, monitor Quality Assurance processes, maintain the data bases and information sources of the team; as well as assist with the maintenance and testing of the Directorate’s systems including the Roster Management System.
