Address Assisting in the preparation of the tender documents, management plans, assist in the preparation of site mobilisation.
Job Tasks and Duties:
• Preparation of tender documents;
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements;
• Monitoring project completion progress and preparing the quantity manhour reports.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure good fiscal management;
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents;
• The timely submission of the documents to ensure that they arrive prior to the tender closure time and date;
• Provide mobilisation support for the site project managers to ensure that the plant arrives on a timely manner;
• Preparation of mine closure studies, which from time to time may require site visits into remote areas of Australia;
• Maintaining the company’s integrated Work Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality management system;
• Provide administration support for the directors;
• Respond to oral and written enquiries;
• Undertake other duties as directed from time to time;
Experience required:
Relevant Bachelor Degree and at least two years of on-the-job training or 5 years of relevant employment experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
