Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are teaming up with a local professional consultancy who are expanding the quantity surveying team. After years in the making, the commercial team is developing and now need a another Quantity Surveyor to join the North land office. They too are bringing on more and more projects in , creating an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take on a quite a diverse range of projects. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys the typical duties and wants to be part of a fun and high energy team. To be considered for this opportunity they would ideally like you to have some of the following qualities.
A related technical qualification
Excellent quantity surveying skills
New Build/Upgrade projects knowledge (build/civil)
Experience over 5 years since graduation
Inherent ability to lead/mentor
