Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

THE ROLE
Hybrid role – delivering projects, QS & Commercial responsibilities on remediation and building & facade project works.
Head contract management/control
Sub contract packages/scope and management Process claims up/down chain Cost reporting internally Procurement schedule/ownership Project health checks/controls Risk and opportunity management Tendering; contract review, key risk parameters Programme/schedule review, input and ownership.
Technical support to design coordination, monitor scope-gaps.
Non-conformance and quality review/input
ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or other relevant discipline.
Extensive project management and delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, cost control, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation, statutory approvals, and leading project teams.
5+ years demonstrated experience in a quantity surveying role, ideally within the remediation sector
Prior experience working on façade and cladding project works
Client relationship management experience.
Sound ability in contract and project cost control management in the construction/engineering industry.
