Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contracts Administrator - Infrastructure

Your Future role would be as a Quantity Surveyor and will be responsible for:

• Handling commercial claims, cashflows, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, variations, and monthly reporting.
• Supporting Senior Project Managers.
• Reporting to the company's commercial lead.
• Contract administration duties.

The role will be suitable to an individual with at least 5+ years of experience with degree qualification. Other essential requirements are:

• Experience collaborating both upstream and downstream with clients and subcontractors.
• Must be capable of demonstrating a proven track record in comprehending project controls and holding contractual experience with Australian forms of contract.
