Site Supervisor or Trainee Supervisor

Marmor Quarry has a position available for a Site Supervisor or Trainee Supervisor.

Skills required:

• Overseeing all Quarry Operations
• Upskilling/Training Staff
• Adhering to Safety Protocols 
• General Supervisory tasks
• Report to the SSE
• Mechanical understanding with ability to troubleshoot faults.
• Competent planning & time management skills
• Must have level of fitness to perform the role
• Be reliable, motivated, and able to work under pressure and changing priorities.
• General housekeeping of the mobile plant and machinery
• Able to operate loader, excavator and Moxies

We would consider an operator who aspires to become a supervisor and will provide training/coaching.
