THE POSITIONS

We are currently hiring Parking Enforcement Officers for our sites in Brisbane.

- Permanent full time
- Full Time Role, Monday - Friday 7am -15:06pm

The primary objective of this role is to act as a Parking Enforcement Officer of your designated precinct. You will join a small team and be supported with great management.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a Parking Enforcement Officer of your designated car parks
- Promote and maintain a consistent focus on the delivery of outstanding customer service for the general public
- Going through car parks and ticketing cars that have stayed over the parking limit

Requirements:

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Availability to work Monday-Friday
- Full working rights
- Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided)
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to complete a National Police History check
