We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Race Day Concierge to join our team for a thrilling and fast-paced environment. As a Race Day Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests attending racing events. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist with guest inquiries, and coordinate various Race Day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Assistance:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Act as a point of contact for attendees, addressing inquiries and providing information about the Race Day schedule, facilities, and amenities.
- Cater to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an elevated level of service.
- Coordinate VIP hospitality services, including access to exclusive areas, amenities, and special events.
- Collaborate with event organizers and other staff members to execute Race Day logistics smoothly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by guests, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Work closely with other staff members and security to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Effectively communicate Race Day information to guests, including updates, announcements, and safety protocols.
- Liaise with various departments to relay important information and ensure a cohesive event experience.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests, enhancing their overall Race Day experience.
- Encourage guest participation in on-site activities and promotions.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as race events may occur on these days.
- Knowledge of racing events and a passion for the industry is a plus.
This role is for Saturday only Race Days in both Sydney and Queensland
