The Opportunity
Are you ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team! As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales & development team in executing marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives across all brands.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Coordinate the production of digital and print marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and creative services to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the management of social media platforms by creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
- Take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the event process. This includes planning, organizing, and executing trade shows, conferences, exhibitions etc.
- Attend marketing events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
- Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and customer records to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work on the various company websites including organising updates and ensuring the data and content is relevant.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Customer Experience (CX) focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and trends into actionable strategies and initiatives that drive competitive advantage.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities with timelines, expectations, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on-time and within budget using agreed productivity software.
- Ability to analyse consumer and competitor behaviour and determine customer personas.
- Understanding of building trends, homebuilders, architect and interior design space
