This is a thrilling time for our brand. We have disrupted the market and established SkinKandy as the largest Body Piercing and Piercing Jewellery retail business globally. The Role
With this we have a unique opportunity for a Ecommerce/Digital Specialist to join our SkinKandy HQ Marketingteam based at HQ on the beautiful Sunshine Coast
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, Digital and Marketing, the Ecommerce//Digital Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day running of our SkinKandy website and driving online and in store growth. With a focus on consumer journey optimisation and digital automation of our ecommerce platforms, you will research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them using on-site optimisation strategies and digital/social campaigns to drive revenue and brand preference in Australia and globally.
Key Accountabilities
You will develop SEO and SEM strategies, manage outcomes to KPI’s and manage ecommerce sites and channels as well as:
- Internal management, measurement and reporting on paid performance (Meta, Search & TikTok) in line with KPI’s
- Measure, Analyse and improve web traffic and other key trading metrics
- Continuous market research (track, monitor and analyse market and competitors)
- Be involved in web design and development to meet key strategic outcomes, project requirements and operational improvement
- Working with agency partners to deliver key projects and programs
- Have and develop ecommerce platform knowledge to ensure a strong understanding on all systems and interrelated system
- Budget effectively and monitor and report on budget performance variances
- Review and deliver management reports and performance reports for all digital channels
- Analyse internal data and web analytics including customer and product data to maximise sales, and KPI targets
- Planning and execution of all digital marketing elements to deliver to KPI’s and strategy
- Manage the online product and work with supply chain department on new releases
