Where you'll be working:
- We are seeking casual Radiographers and/or Sonographers to work across the rural and regional sites of the Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD).
- This will include large hospitals such as Tamworth and Armidale, as well as other smaller sites.
- We welcome applications from those able to backfill leave, single shifts and call back duties.
- As a casual Radiographer and/or Sonographer, you will work with existing staff to provide quality imaging services to patients of HNELHD during rostered shifts and on-call as required.
- We are seeking staff that can fit into short-notice relief roles and are able to work both in a team environment and independently when required.
- You will receive orientation to the imaging equipment, site and PACS RIS systems.
- Degree in Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent.
- Eligible for registration with Australian Health Professionals Registration Authority (AHPRA), hold current NSW EPA Radiation licence.
- Eligible to drive in NSW and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes which may involve driving long distances.
