About the Role

• Provide medical imaging services of a routine nature in a range of clinical areas.
• Demonstrate expertise, knowledge, and skill to provide radiography and fluoroscopy services in the Main Department, Emergency, Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Operating Theatres and all wards including ICU, using fixed and mobile imaging equipment in accordance with prescribed professional standards.
• As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the professional guidance of a more senior clinician.
• Provide clinical education pertaining to routine tasks for students and less experienced staff with the support of senior clinical staff.
• Provide direction to assistant and support staff.
