- Provide high quality administrative support to the Directors of Training, clinical supervisors, registrars/residents, and education team. Support education and research administrative activities related to RANZCR training requirements in an efficient and effective manner.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, accurately and work to a deadline.
- Effective organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of research data collection and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Demonstrated experience in processing invoices and research related funding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to draft correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Statistical knowledge and use of statistical programs would be beneficial.
- Excellent IT skills using the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn use of other software used by the department.
