Monteath & Powys are a leading company in the survey and development sector. Our multi-disciplinary surveying, town planning and project management business is seeking the services of an experienced Rail Surveyor to work in our rail team.
The successful applicant would need to demonstrate:
- Minimum of five years rail experience.
- General knowledge of a wide range of survey concepts including control networks, data validation and conformance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide key technical insight across a range of survey disciplines.
- Ability to work toward deadlines through effective time management.
- Ability to lead and work within a team environment.
- Ability to meet with and present professionally to external government stakeholders.
The position is based in the Newcastle region.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
