AddressTreasco Surveyors is a locally owned and operated survey firm, specialising in land development.
Our small team is based in Dubbo, and we service Central West NSW. Our work is varied and interesting and day to day, you will undertake survey preparation and field work, with the opportunity to learn calculations, drafting and reporting as you progress.
We undertake both large and small projects and you will work on a range of Strata and Rural Subdivisions, Boundary Surveys, Detail Surveys, UAV Photogrammetry Surveys, Set Out Surveys and more. While our methods are traditional, our vision isn’t. We’re always looking to use new technology to improve the way we work and utilise drones, laser scanning and hydrographic technologies.
As our business grows, we continue to invest in both our equipment and team. With state-of-the-art Trimble equipment and software at your disposal, this position offers the opportunity for progression, with industry training and support to achieve formal qualifications available.
No experience in surveying in necessary, but ideally you will be:
• Physically fit and able to undertake field work (including digging holes, banging in field pegs etc)
• Reliable, with the capacity to travel with our surveyor outside of Dubbo with occasional overnight stays
• Able to learn quickly, follow instruction and work within a small team to meet changing deadlines
• Hold a White Card, current Drivers License and WWCC, or willingness to complete
Please note this is a casual role (2-3 days per week on average), however we are open to applicants interested in part-time or a progression to full-time work as well, with flexible hours available to the right applicant.
