About the role We are currently seeking a Track Supervisor to join our ever-growing Rail Operations team based in Sydney. Rail Operations is an internal business unit within Laing O’Rourke, specialising in the sole delivery of all aspects of Rail, working with a team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of track work across New South Wales. Key responsibilities Hands on involvement in the zero-harm site safety policy, leading by example to encourage safe work practices. Management of day-to-day Track work activities onsite whilst ensuring the timely and profitable delivery of works. Manage and support a team to deliver Trackwork on weekend shutdowns Supervision of subcontractors and employees to ensure assigned work within the area confirms to quality and time requirements and stays within planned milestones and budgets.
