We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join the team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team, contributing to the continuous growth of Duke Realty.
 

Responsibilities: In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with sellers and buyers.
• Handle all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and appraisals to negotiating and finalizing property sales.
• Manage the entire sale process from listing to settlement and beyond.
• Proactively build a strong database and pipeline through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship management.

Qualifications and Traits:

• QLD Real Estate Certificate.
• Exceptional relationship building skills.
• A passion for marketing and commitment to customer service.
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
