Role & Responsibilities
- Database management - build & maintain relationships.
- Supporting clients through the buying journey
- Prospecting activities to generate leads
- Maintain relationships with existing database
- Conducting open homes and private inspections.
- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement inspections.
- Preparing agent OFI folders and brochures
- General administration duties
Skills & Requirements:
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and suitable vehicle
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Real Estate
- High integrity and strong work ethic – must be reliable & trustworthy.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as well as a part of a team.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach to scheduling meetings & appointments
- Excellent presentation.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
- Strong desire to succeed & naturally competitive
