The expectation is that all you are required to do is simply just list and sell. You will be supported by an exceptional administrator who will take care of all marketing, documentation and paperwork freeing your time up to just list and sell properties.
You will also have access to a variety of consistent training and development opportunities at both office level and corporate level. You also have access to some of the best AI technology available in the marketplace that also provides leads and takes the mental load out of planning your days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead generation and marketing activities to the local area
- Conduct appraisals and attend listing appointments
- Conduct local area research and familiarise yourself with market performance
- Attend local networking events
- Conduct open homes
- Attend all ongoing further professional development and training
