RE/MAX Impact is seeking a highly motivated Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join the team.
We welcome candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in Real Estate Sales or individuals who have worked in previous sales role outside Real Estate.
Must have:-
- A current Real Estate Licence
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Prior experience working within a target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to building a career within our agency
- A team player
This role will involve:
- Buyer management
- Conducting open home & private inspections (including Saturday OFI)
- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building & pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement inspections
- Prospecting and prospecting admin
- Database Management
