Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- To assist our Property Manager in their day to day needs of property management eg maintenance, attending home opens, processing applications, rent arrears follow up, entering invoices, marketing properties for lease
- Relief for reception on lunch breaks/annual leave
- Prepare marketing material including our social media pages
- Assist as required in our sales administration
- Ad hoc duties
About you
- Property management license ideally preferred but willing to train for the right candidate
- Current drivers license and reliable vehicle A MUST
- Be Tech savvy
- Be Reliable and punctual with exceptional work ethic
- Strong administration skills and computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Office experience will be advantageous
- Ability to work as a team as well as unsupervised
