Your Role:
As a key support to our Property Officers, you will play a vital role in managing both new and existing tenancies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the applicant process: Identifying eligible applicants, conducting property viewings, and preparing the necessary documentation for new tenancies.
- Supporting our tenants: Responding to enquiries, scheduling and attending property inspections, processing rent reviews, maintenance requests and end of tenancy procedures.
- Handling tenancy issues: Assisting in resolving complaints of anti-social behaviour and end-of-tenancy issues.
- Administrative tasks: Preparing and issuing letters and documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database, SharePoint, and hard copy systems.

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop new skills in tenancy management. You don’t need experience in this field, but the following qualities are essential:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle unplanned tasks;
- Self-motivation and a team player attitude;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures;
- An interest in continuous business improvement through the use of IT processes and procedure reviews;
- A current driver’s licence and National Police Clearance.
