Qualifications & experience
- Relevant Real Estate experience with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to various client personalities and preferences
Tasks & responsibilities
- Engage in strategic prospecting activities to acquire listings and generate data leads through proactive outreach, including calls and door-to-door canvassing
- Schedule and conduct sales appraisals and listing presentations, ensuring comprehensive documentation and accurate recording of information in the CRM system.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and prospects, providing ongoing support and feedback to vendors throughout the sales process.
- Take the lead in vendor management, offering guidance and assistance to clients, and adeptly navigating negotiations to secure favourable outcomes
- Attend private and open inspections, capturing essential buyer information and facilitating seamless communication between parties.
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance professional development and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing insights, successes, and innovative ideas to drive collective growth and success.
