We serve a range of premium locales including Stonnington, Boroondara, Port Philip, Bayside, Manningham and the Mornington Peninsula, offering trusted expertise in Residential Sales, Project Marketing and Property Management. About the role:
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for building firm relationships with our amazing landlords and tenants. No two days are the same and with our core focus on delivering exceptional service, you will assist the Property Management team in the local area. You will also play a key role in shaping and adapting how we better deliver a value added support function to our dynamic team and clients alike.

Your responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist potential tenants in completing rental applications and lease agreements
- Conduct thorough background checks and verify application information
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure landlord and tenant satisfaction
- Collaborate and support the Property Management team
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Real Estate qualification is essential
- Outstanding polished and professional communication skill
- A team player that demonstrates initiative
- Possesses and a can do attitude and a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Positive and an enthusiastic attitude
