Due to continued growth of our clients team, we are looking for a Receptionist/Property Management admin support member to join a vibrant Real Estate Agency in Grange.
This is an great opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in Real Estate who would prefer to offer support rather than fulfil a property management role, ideal for parents re-entering the workforce, looking to semi-retire or individuals looking to step back from managing a portfolio.
About the role:
- Assist the Administration and Property Management division with a variety of tasks
- Answer the phone, processing applications and data entry
- Daily feedback to the Property Managers
- Rental Arrears
- Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills: Both verbal and written
- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry or a strong customer service background
- A strong interest in Real Estate
- Great time management skills, be calm and well presented
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities & multi-task
- Current certificate of registration is a must
- Ideal for parents re-entering the workforce or individuals looking to step back from managing a portfolio
- Up to 4 days per week with flexible hours (9 AM to 2 PM)
