About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. While you will receive support from your manager and team, you should also be capable of working independently once established.
This job will transition into a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Additionally, with upcoming developments generating new leads, expanding your opportunities for success
Key Responsibilities
- Listing, showing, and negotiating the sale of residential properties.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Well organised
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills and Experience
- Must have a current driver's licence
- Excellent phone manner
- Competent with Word, Excel & CRM systems
- Certificate of Registration with the Department of Fair Trading
- Canva, Lightroom or Photoshop are not necessary but beneficial
- Time Management Skills
