Qualifications & experience
- This is a junior role which is ideal for high school, TAFE, college and university graduates.
- No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
- The successful candidate will have mentors to assist in setting goals and implementing positive daily strategies. The aim is to grow as a successful individual and as a valuable sales team member.
- The successful candidate must be competent with most computer programs such as Word, Excel and Google products. The role requires that the applicant be a proficient typist.
- Suits a creative person with a desire to learn new skills such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- An interest or knowledge of marketing is an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- The role is consists of learning all aspects of the Promotional Products & apparel industry.
- Learning sales practices and how to provide effcient customer service to our clients.
- Researching Promotional Products, checking stock levels and branding methods to include in quote templates for submission to clients.
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and ensuring messages are accurately passed onto to the sales team.
- Maintaining a client database so it is accurate.
- Taking phone and website enquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
- Attending to a list of clients and ensuring that their uniforms and promotional requirements are met in an efficient manner.
