Sales Agent

Roles:

·         Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their Real Estate needs.

·         Develop and execute tailored sales strategies.

·         Conduct property evaluations and market analysis.

·         Guide clients through the sales process from listing to closing.

·         Stay updated on market trends and industry changes.

Sales Assistant to Director

Roles:

·         Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate property sales.

·         Assist in marketing and promotional activities.

·         Attend property inspections and client meetings.

·         Provide excellent customer service to clients.

·         Support the sales process, from listing properties to closing deals

Efficient Sales tele-caller

Roles:

·         Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.

·         Promote our Real Estate services and offerings.

·         Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.

·         Maintain accurate records and reports.

·         Meet call and lead generation quotas.

Key qualifications for all Roles:

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Passion for Real Estate and a proactive, results-driven approach.

·         Impeccable grooming and presentation.

·         Computer proficiency.

·         An Agent Representative Certificate is preferred for Sales Assistants and Agents.
