As their new Sales and Leasing Agent, you will ideally have a couple of years experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing, and bring an eager and ambitious personality into the workplace.

- Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale of commercial properties, ensuring a positive client experience
- Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure fair dealing for all parties
- Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale, and offer advice to interested buyers
- Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) prior to the sale of a commercial property
- Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
- Conduct research on the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- The candidate will have minimum 2+ years experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing and/or Commercial Property Management
- Business, Finance, Property Degree or equivalent - highly advantageous
- Must be passionate about their work and have a positive attitude
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
- A real team player
