Location:Our office is based in Chelsea, Victoria, but you are free to work all over Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property viewings, inspections and appraisals.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to achieve favourable outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborate with all parties involved in the execution of the sale.
- Follow market trends and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Utilise effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- You are established, and have a proven track record of success in REAL ESTATE sales.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Real Estate sales role. - Current Victorian Real Estate License
- You love to communicate, you enjoy learning about negotiation, and enjoy customer interaction.
- You are a motivated person, and know that a commission-based environment gives you uncapped earning potential, and excellent freedom in your work-life balance.
- You enjoy networking and relationship-building
- You appreciate a good CRM system and the ability it gives you to organise your contacts.
- You can balance working alone, as well as enjoying great colleagues.
- You have your own transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings and property viewings.
