Role Overview
In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will help us maintain our high standards of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new clients
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing listing materials, scheduling property showings and managing documentation.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless property transactions and client experiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Real Estate management software and databases.
- Assist in coordinating marketing efforts, including preparing property listings, creating promotional materials, and managing online listings.
- Contribute to the overall positive culture of the office by collaborating with colleagues and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Real Estate, property management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required and experience with Real Estate management software is desirable.
