Join our Dynamic Team as a Real Estate Sales Assistant

You will join a team consisting of sales agents, sales manager, social media marketer and contracts administration.
Position: Sales Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Provide exceptional support to the Sales Agents in day-to-day tasks.
- Assist to conduct home opens, final inspections, building and pest inspections and communication with buyers and sellers.
- Property Marketing
- Assist the team to implement their listing and sales strategy.
- Manage tasks such as photography, online advertising, social media campaigns and preparation of marketing materials.
- Manage data bases and email campaigns to promote property listings and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor local real estate market trends, property values and competitor activities.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage and schedule the Sales Agent appointments.
- Prepare and check contracts.
- Manage the sales process, post-sale through to settlement.
- Monitor emails and correspond in a professional manner with all parties involved in the sales process.
- Database management.
- Customer Interaction
- Ensure a highly professional interaction and consistent response between the PRD team and buyers, sellers and tenants.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- Strong interest in real estate,
- Self starter, motivated and with a positive outlook,
- Quick learner with efficient time management,
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-friendly approach,
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media, and
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
