- Support a TOP selling Agent within a client liaison/in-house PA capacity
- Overview of duties; Diary management & extensive Docusign use
- Manage buyer's and sellers enquires through to settlement
- Liaise/work alongside the sales administrator
- Booking valuers, photographers, pest/building inspections etc
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Must have Real Estate/Property experience in Sales/Contracts admin and or PA/EA
- Personal Assistant looking for more of an in-house support role without losing the high base salary
- Exceptional organisation and administration skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, driven & a strong work ethic
