About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Sales Consultant, you will learn from the ground up how to transact in the Land industry, learn about the buying demographic, how to market, promote and develop business. This opportunity requires weekend work and a strong desire to learn.
This is a Sales Associate Position with a focus on learning and development for those wanting to start their career in Real Estate Sales, and progress to a Sales Consultant.
As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound customer sales inquiries
- Providing information, support and pricing details
- Promoting the features and benefits of ALH properties
- Processing EOI’s and arranging contract distributions
- Receiving, managing or escalating customer enquiries
- Maintaining sales statistics and records of sales performance
- Providing administrative support for all sales-related documents
- Market Research.
- Identifying sales leads and escalating to the Project Sales Managers
- Maintaining client databases using CRM and Insite Logic
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
- Previous experience in a client facing role preferred e.g. retail, hospitality, Real Estate
- A passion for customer service and a career in Real Estate
- A high level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Administration skills
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- The ability to work weekends and public holidays
