SALES ASSISTANT
Enjoy a BASE SALARY OF $50,000 - $60,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS while working directly under a high-performing agent. Ongoing training is provided to enhance your skills.

Daily responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks:
- Being heavily involved in Selling some of Melbourne's finest homes!
- Managing client appointments, including finalising, building, and pest inspections
- Engaging in prospecting activities such as letterbox drops, cold calling, and door knocking
- Compiling vendor reports
- Communicating and providing instructions to virtual assistants, reception, and customer care teams
- Drafting, reviewing, preparing, and distributing pre-listing kits, market reports, and proposal documentation
- Responding to all forms of inquiries, whether via email, face-to-face, or phone
- Conducting follow-up calls and check-ins with buyers from Saturday inspections
- Managing buyers throughout the process
- Overseeing open for inspections and private viewings
- Coordinating photographer appointments and schedules
- Managing client bookings, meetings, and settlements
- Attending property photoshoots
- Demonstrating knowledge of REAL ESTATE legislation
- Assisting in the signing of REIV documentation
- Handling key responsibilities
- Attending required property auctions
- Managing diverted phone calls if necessary
While previous experience in the REAL ESTATE industry is preferred, it's not a mandatory requirement.
