The Role:
We are looking for a high energy and confident Sales Assistant who work's well under pressure to join our Ocean Grove Sales Team.
Duties and Tasks:
- Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly deadlines
- Assisting with open homes
- Assisting with listing presentations
- Attending and assisting with onsite and inhouse auctions
- Follow up calls from the inspections
- Coordinating the marketing and photoshoots
- Working alongside a Senior Agent within RT Edgar – mentorship opportunity
- Attending sales team training, sales meetings and company events
- CRM data management
- General client management - relationship calls to clients
- Working Saturdays are a must; whilst attaining a mid week RDO
Core competencies/experience:
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Previous sales experience is preferable and Real Estate experience a bonus
- Exceptional time management skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must work well under pressure
- Needs drive and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
- Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
- Strong lead chasing and follow up skills
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
- Must be presentable
