As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing a high-level of professional support to the Chief of Staff specifically directed at ensuring the effective and efficient management of work activities supporting the Executive Director. This includes managing the daily schedule and ensuring all preparation has been completed to facilitate highly productive interactions, including subsequent follow up and close out actions. This is an integral role, working closely with the Executive Director's Personal Assistant, to coordinate and support all work commitments at the highest level and in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties in this role will include:
- Diary management for the Office of the Director
- Daily reporting on correspondence
- Electronic file management
- Collation of Weekly Reports
- Management and updating of any tasks lists and system synchronisations
- Coordinating Management and Board meetings
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a personal assistant or Executive Assistant. You will also have strong technical skills, sound communication skills, the ability to use your initiative and a keen eye to detail.
