At Areal, we are passionate about real estate and we strive to provide high-standard services to our clients by putting their needs first and understanding the market.We are currently looking for efficient and highly organised inspection officers who will be responsible for conducting rental property inspections, with the opportunity to progress to the Business Development department within the first 3 months.
Duties & responsibilities
- Conduct detailed routine, entry, exit, private and open-for-inspections
- Attending meetings when required
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- MUST HAVE current Agents Representative Certificate
Skills & Experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly telephone manner
- Property/admin experience preferred, but not essential
- Excellent written, verbal & numerical skills
- Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office package, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate (preferable but not essential)
- Full Training will be provided
- Chinese-speaking is preferred
- Future opportunities to progress to the Business Development Department
