Who is Zevesto?
Zevesto is a property group formed in 2011 by director Rob Ford which is now based in Springwood. Frustrated by the lack of transparency and one size fits all approach the Real Estate industry was taking, Rob started planning a better way to help people buy, sell and rent properties that were suitable for their unique journey.
Staying true to his commitment to provide honest, extra-mile service, Zevesto grew quickly. 12 years later, Zevesto has expanded to include a new Coorparoo office to complement the existing Springwood HQ and is continuing to change the Real Estate industry one client at a time.

What is the role?
We are seeking an energetic Real Estate Recruit to join our rapidly expanding team. To be successful in this role, you will need a commitment to success and a willingness to learn, succeed, and overachieve. Our ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and naturally curious about new ways of completing task and implementing ideas. They will also be willing to put in extra hours when necessary and recognise that this job isn’t a typical 9am to 5pm office job.
This role will require you to be a good team player and all-rounder, and you will learn just about every aspect of the business including:
- Lead generation – sales calls, door knocking, letter box dropping etc.
- Listing and selling
- Marketing and advertising
- Legal requirements and contracts
- Front office reception & administration
- Sales administration
- All general sales activity
- Property management lead generation
- Property investment
- Ongoing professional development
- Personal and professional goal setting
Early in your career will be focused on new business generation, the art of prospecting and finding new leads. This requires real grit and determination to complete the tasks and hit the numbers required, day in and day out, but it does get easier once you’re on a roll! You will learn how to leverage your time, master the processes and data involved, and manage your prospecting pipeline.
Later you will be working side by side with one of our top agents, developing the knowledge and skills to manage, negotiate, and execute successful property transactions. This will involve learning about how to position yourself to win business, understand contracts and legislation, training in negotiation, being out on the road viewing, appraising properties and much, much more.
What experience do you need?
This role requires no experience as we will mentor and nurture you, however you do need a genuine willingness to learn, progress and succeed. Ultimately, we are looking for a self-starter who is ready to jump in headfirst and is ready to prove themselves.
Due to the nature of the role and constant out of office meetings, a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential. You must also be willing to work odd hours, including weekend work and after usual business hours.
