Salaryilookproperty are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Consultant to join their team at their Brisbane office at Forest Lake. They are an established brand and have just recently opened their new office located in a high profile position in Forest Lake the corner of Forest Lake Blvd and Woogaroo Street Forest Lake.
Your effort and commitment as an Agent in Conjunction/Commission only Sales and Marketing agent will be rewarded with very competitive commissions full all round support. They also offer an attractive tiered incentive system that is very rewarding for those professional agents who are able to demonstrate consistent results. You have the option of working from their office or if you prefer, have the flexibility to operate from your own home office. Either way you'll also enjoy full administrative support including marketing, contracts, trust accounting etc so you can focus on what you do best, list and sell. The right applicants will have dedicated telemarketers to build a lead base which will create more opportunities for you to do what you do best. The successful applicant will need to be able to illustrate the following skills and behaviours:
- Proven track record in Real Estate, with at least a minimum of 24 months experience;
- Passion for the industry and for personal growth;
- Immaculate personal presentation;
- Strong ethical DNA and customer service skills;
- Building long term relationships;
- Certificate of Registration or full license;
- Driver's license and modern vehicle.
