Senior Recruitment Consultant

Findstaff, as part of the wider IntoWork Group is a provider of staffing solutions to our national portfolio of clients.

Working in alignment with our Executive Search brand Hunter Executive we have ambitious plans for national growth and require the addition of a Senior Consultant that specialise in the delivery of permanent recruitment services.

With extensive experience in white-collar placements, a person with experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mining and Resources, Business Services, Construction, Transport & Logistics or Government feature high in our development strategy.

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting high-calibre candidates for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, culture, and business objectives, and then conduct targeted searches to identify and engage with off market talent who possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends and emerging markets, 
• Able to network and secure new business.
• Leverage your extensive knowledge of industry to evaluate candidates and ensure a strong match with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with our Search Business and clients to understand and deliver on specific hiring needs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage the end-to-end process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant with a focus on one or more of the following industry sectors named above.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a small team environment & contribute to a positive culture and workplace environment.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to identify top talent and assess candidate fit.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, and databases such as Bullhorn &LinkedIn Recruiter & Fast Track.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
