bills, Head Office is on the search for an enthusiastic Office Administrator & HR Support to join our small and very close team.
The position is 2-3 days per week averaging 10-15 hours per week. $31-33/hour dependent on experience.
- Supporting global accounts team with accurate reporting and account reconciliation.
- Creating reports e.g. sales mixes of restaurant dishes and HR reports to assist with forecasting and budgets
- Ensuring our employees are compliant with appropriate training and certificates
- Assisting HR Manager with basic HR duties, including scanning and cross checking all paperwork is uploaded onto our HR system
- Answering telephone
- Invoice checking and reconciliation
- Handling and building relationships with our customers and suppliers
- Keeping e-filing up to date and organised
- Managing the inventory of all office and restaurant supplies
- Communicating with the Restaurant Managers to facilitate group or VIP bookings
- Performing monthly visa/immigration checks for our international staff
Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
