AddressKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and that the receiving of goods meets business timelines/KPI’s.
- Utilize handheld units to receive and put away according to the Warehouse Management System.
- Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged, faulty or short dated.
- Check and handle products with care and pride.
- Ship and fulfil customer orders in inventory systems, as required.
- Assist with unloading containers, sorting, counting, receiving into WMS-Pronto and palletising of stock in the warehouse.
- Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring stock levels on picking shelves are maintained and monitor stock inventory.
- Perform stocktakes as and when required on all products in the warehouse, as well as participate in scheduled cycle counts.
- Maintain a safe, clean workspace and environment.
- Adhere to all Company OH & S Policies and relevant documentation.
- Practice good housekeeping.
- Wear PPE
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies as and when required in a timely manner.
- Undertake necessary training to operate warehouse machinery.
- A Forklift license (LF) Essential (LO) desirable.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Management.
- Work Hours are 09.30-18.00Hrs Mon-Thurs & 09.30Hrs-16.00Hrs Friday
