Junction Support Services needs a friendly, autonomous, dependable, and innovative Reception & Administration Officer to join our People and Culture team.
Your standard day will range from greeting visitors, and transferring phone enquiries to directing inquiries to the right people. The Reception and Administration Officer presents a confident, friendly, supportive and welcoming first impression of Junction.
Along with being the central point of contact for Junction, the Reception & Administration Officer provides efficient and confidential administrative services as part of the P&C team to support effective service delivery and daily functions of the organisation.
The role is permanent, and ongoing, at 76 hours per fortnight, and we are happy to consider permanent part-time, job share, school hours, morning and afternoon work, etc to adequately fill this space and provide appropriate cover.
Skills and experience
- A relevant Certificate IV qualification and/or at least two years of experience providing high-level reception and administrative support is desirable.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational, coordinating and personal interface skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven ability to work autonomously and confidently contribute to a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound computer literacy, especially using Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn new applications, as required.
