As our new Reception / Administrator, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements and reception out of our Maryborough, Wide Bay Region office.
Operating in a busy environment, you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.
Responsibilities:
- Reception and meet and greet and over the phone/email
- General administration functions, such as filing and records management
- Providing admin support to our local team
- Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations
- Experience in a similar role or entry level skills
- Bubbly personality!

- Calm and well organised approach to your work
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable)
- Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening to start (we can help)
- Valid Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Based in Maryborough, Wide Bay Region
- Salary range $48,392 /yr
- Salary packaging tax benefits approx $5000 / yr
- Permanent, full-time role
- 17.5% Leave Loading
- Permanent, Full-time role
- 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday
