Our client is a family run, Civil Construction Contractor based in Maddington and due to rapid growth, they are now seeking a Receptionist/Mobilisation Administrator to join their team!
What will I be doing?
- Assist with reception duties
- Answering a switchboard phone
- Assisting with timesheets and data entry
- Assisting with mobilisation duties including booking flights and verifying tickets
- Issuing inductions and PPE
- Minimum of 2 years’ worth of Reception experience
- Confident to complete mobilisation duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient across Microsoft Programs
- Ability to pass a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
