We are looking for a young energetic person to fill a role as a Receptionist / Administration assistant located in Carole Park.
The role requires an enthusiastic personality applicant, who will work directly with the Sales Manager and the Estimation Department as well as aiding other Managers when required.
The candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Work well in groups
- Exceptional meet and greet skills
- Fast thinker
- Has a can-do attitude
- Is able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Work on their own without supervision
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- General admin paperwork
- Data entry
- Filing/Scanning/Printing
- Updating our database
- Managing Office Supplies
- Other Tasks as required.
Mandatory Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to listen and learn
- Attention to detail
- Common sense
- Phone manner
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Optional Skills which can be learned:
- Experience with Xero
- Experience with residential construction
