Due to the growth of the organisation they are seeking the skills of an experienced Accounts/Trust Officer to manage the Melbourne Trust function and provide support with general finance processes.
Position Description
Reporting into the Trust and Accounts Manager, your daily tasks will include
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Staff Reimbursements
- Maintaining Trust and controlled money accounts
- Management of the accounts inbox - answering queries
- Processing of system entries
- Setting up and closing of accounts
- Other tasks as required from the Trust Team Leader
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts/Trust Officer role within a legal or professional services environment, as well as the following attributes:
- Strong communication with particular focus on client relationships
- Intermediate excel skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to meet deadlines and provide a high standard of support
- Excellent salary
